Brad Stuart established Crisbee in 2015 as a brand specialized in cast iron seasoning products, but the story goes back several years before that. Doctors have diagnosed Brad’s wife, Linda, with anemia due to too low levels of iron and have prescribed her dietary supplements, which helped Linda, but did not treat the problem altogether. When Brad started searching for other solutions, he found out that cooking in cast iron cookware infuses food with iron, which can help in supplementing the body with iron. So they began cooking in cast iron, only to realize that it was not easy to season them correctly every time. Brad started searching for a solution again, and after many trials and errors, he created a formula of natural oils that can easily and perfectly season cast iron, to decide later to make a business out of his innovative product making Crisbee a leader in cast iron seasoning products.
