If you are not satisfied with a product you have ordered from Chef & Chef, we will return or exchange the product for you as we are committed to your satisfaction. In case of return or exchange, please email us at care@chefandchef.com.sa within 3 days from the date of receiving your shipment, explaining the reasons for return or exchange, and our customer service team will review your request and get back to you with a decision. When your request is approved, please send the product to us via SMSA Express to the following address:

Once we receive the product and ensure it is in a good condition, we will refund you the purchase price, excluding the shipping fees in case of return. Or in case of exchange, we will send you a new product with additional shipping fees, and we will charge/refund you the difference in price between the new and old product.
In case there is a manufacturing defect in a product you have ordered, please contact us at care@chefandchef.com.sa providing us with a problem report and photos within 3 days from the date of receiving your shipment. Our customer service team will review your request and once it is confirmed, we will send you a new product if available in stock, or refund you the purchase price, and refund the shipping fees only if your order was a single-item order.
