Mr. Tomohiro Hasegawa, the CEO of Zanmai Japanese cutlery, visited Jeddah on May 13, 2014 and met with the management of Chef & Chef to discuss cooperation opportunities between the two companies. The purpose of the visit and the meeting was to introduce Zanmai products to the Saudi market for the first time. The meeting was fruitful as Mr. Hasegawa and Mr. Sultan Sabr, the CEO of Chef & Chef, signed an exclusive distribution agreement which assigns Chef & Chef as the official dealer of Zanmai in Saudi Arabia. Zanmai is a leading Japanese brand and known worldwide for its superior hand-made quality and sharpness, backed by hundreds of years of experience and legacy in making blades by Mr. Hasegawa’s family.
