Even unpeeled garlic cloves can be pressed easily. Top-notch pressing is guaranteed, thanks to the sieve with its offset, conical holes. The sieve can be taken out for washing under running water. Because of the flat base, it can stand securely on the worktop, and is therefore always at the ready.
