Innovative flexible baking mould made from glass fibers and coated with silicon. The micro perforation of the mould allows for perfect baking of cakes and desserts, and allows for easy extraction. The perforations are small enough to hold medium to thick mixes without leaking, while allowing for heat to penetrate the mould. Designed by the Italian Master Pastry Chef Iginio Massari.
