Bake your own recipe of baguette at home using this special ceramic baker, and enjou crispy edges and full of flavour pulp. The lid creates the right level of humidity during baking to get a perfect baguette, and the holes in the lid help the dough to rise and create a dry, crispy crust. The ridges on the bottom prevent the dough from sticking.
The ceramic is made from high-fired Burgundy clay which is great in conducting and retaining heat for perfectly baked bread.
It is solid, durable and chip, crack and scratch-resistant.
Unlike other ceramic bakeware, Emile Henry's special ceramic can go directly from freezer to hot oven at +250°C.
The colorful glaze is particularly resistant to heat, dishwasher and the most aggressive detergents.
