A long turner great for frying and searing, with holes in the center to allow excess oils and liquids to drain. Has a rubber handle for better grip, and made from nylon, making it suitable for use with Teflon coated cookware to avoid scratching and damaging the non-stick layer.
Temperature resistance: 210° C
Dishwasher safe.
