Modern and functional cutting base made from scratch-resistant TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane).
The high flexibility of this material protects the knife blades, keeping them sharp for longer.
The plastic material does not absorb smells or flavours.
Dishwasher-safe, antibacterial, can be sterilised and resists temperatures between -20° and +150° C.
