Steel paella pan LA LYONNAISE Ø34-D21

Pan designed for making paella. Multi-use: it can be used on the cook top, for cooking in the oven or even on the table.
Lyonnaise range made of iron blued through a surface thermal treatment: temporary protection against oxidation; no coating.
Optimised thickness: lightweight range, easy to handle. Ideal for gas.
Heats up quickly, excellent caramelization of food.
Natural non-stick properties: gradual seasoning.
2 welded handles: easy handling; small size.
Tip: preheat using a little fat.
Season when first used.
Care: deglaze, rinse with warm water, dry and oil lightly. Store in a dry place.
Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher.
All cook tops EXCEPT induction. Vitroceramic cook tops are not recommended.
