1x double-sided horizontal blade: scalloped and serrated to cut all fruits and vegetables, even the softest, and citrus fruits.
2x double-sided julienne blades: with 4, 6, 8, and 10 mm spacing.
3x grating plates: coarse, medium, soft.
Blades can be stored in the attached removable magnetic box.
