Fluted tartlet mould in blued iron, oblique edge and removable bottom. Ideal for cooking tartlets, tart bases, traditional mini tarts or mini quiches.
Watertight and undeformable mould.
Blue colour of iron due to a surface thermal treatment: temporary protection against oxidation; no non-stick coating.
Excellent cooking results thanks to iron: the mould reaches high temperatures, enabling the juices to caramelise.
Even diffusion of heat and uniform cooking.
Tip: grease well before use, or line with baking paper or canvas.
Do not use to work with cold ingredients.
Care: scrape, brush after use. Lightly grease to protect iron. Store in a dry place.
Not dishwasher-safe. Do not wash with detergents. Different sizes available.
