These sheets are designed for working cold ingredients and are ideal for preparing chocolate decorations. Simple to use, all you need to do is create your decorations with a pastry bag full of melted chocolate or spread the melted chocolate on a sheet using a spatula, to make decorations creating strips, rolling the sheet, etc., and placing the sheet in the deep-freezer. When the chocolate is hard, simply detach the decorations from the sheet. These sheets can be re-used several times (hand wash).
